The admiral sum of money raised by means of raffle, collection and registration entry exceeded well over £300! Special accolade tributes go to the Four Winds Hotel's resident D.J Mark Langdon, local regional radio station, Mountain FM, and Port Talbot Magnet's very own local roving reporter, Rachel Howells!
On a very personal note, I wish to thank Mr. Robert Stone, of Sound Surgery Productions, who aptly filmed the entire Conga from start to finish!
Special mention to local Port Talbot BHF volunteerer, Mrs Joan Richards and BHF Event Co-ordinator, Miss Jayne Lewis ... and to each and everyone who took part!

The Pearl PTC1100 Travel Conga produces real conga sound from a compact drum that can be carried literally in a backpack.
The wood shell and stave format is identical to Pearl’s full-size congas and the Remo FiberSkyn 3 synthetic head yields wonderful tone while resisting fluctuations from changes in weather.
Five precision Allen bolts give careful and simple tuning via the included foam-handle Allen wrench.
The Travel Conga can be played on your lap or mounted on a snare stand and incorporated into your drumset or percussion set-up.
